1. Introduction
Welcome to Schfees Pay, a brand operated by Kafumbe Business Finance ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, or applying for school fees financing, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kafumbe Business Finance. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Payment Terms
Schfees Pay provides upfront payment of school fees directly to the educational institution on your behalf. The total amount paid, less any initial deposit made by you, becomes the financed amount that you must repay to us according to the agreed installment schedule.
- All service charges and applicable fees are communicated before you commit.
- Repayments must be made via approved channels (mobile money, bank transfer, or direct deposit).
- Late payments may incur a penalty as outlined in your individual agreement.
- All amounts are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless stated otherwise.

3. Installment Obligations
You agree to repay the financed amount in equal monthly installments (or as otherwise specified in your contract) over the agreed duration — typically 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Installments are due on the same calendar date each month, starting from the date of disbursement.
It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available on the due date. Failure to make timely payments may result in:
- Late payment fees
- Temporary suspension of access to future financing
- Referral to a collections partner (after multiple missed payments and attempts to reach an amicable solution)
We understand that emergencies happen. If you anticipate difficulty meeting a payment, contact us immediately — we will work with you to find a flexible solution.
4. Eligibility
To use Schfees Pay, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of Uganda with a valid national ID or passport
- Have a demonstrable source of income or financial support
- Provide accurate personal and financial information during the application
We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. Approval is subject to our internal risk assessment and verification processes.
5. Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Information collected during the application process (name, contact details, financial data) is used solely for:
- Processing your application
- Communicating with you about your account
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations

6. Limitation of Liability
Kafumbe Business Finance acts solely as a financier. We are not responsible for the quality of education provided by any partner school, nor for any disputes between you and the school. Our liability is limited to the amount financed.
We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or emotional distress.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application or using any Schfees Pay service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This electronic agreement is equivalent to a signed written contract.
